What do I do if I have a problem?

The UNITE service desk is staffed Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm EST. Simply give us a call when you need help (330-785-9467). UNITE clients also have access to an online trouble ticketing system, and can submit trouble tickets any time of day. UNITE also provides emergency IT support to its clients 24x7x365.

How much does this cost?

UNITE Managed Services will build a custom plan based on your IT needs and budget. Plans are typically based on the number of computers that are supported and the level of support needed.

What is IT Vendor Management?

IT Vendor Management is when a service provider such as Summit IT Solutions manages an organization’s other IT related vendors such as: Copy Machine repair, Cable Companies, Phone Companies, etc… UNITE will work with these vendors so that you can focus on running your business.

All UNITE Managed Service plans include unlimited Antivirus service. UNITE uses “EndPoint Protection” powered by AVG.
