UNITE clients also have access to an online trouble ticketing system, and can submit trouble tickets any time of day. UNITE also provides emergency IT support to its clients 24x7x365.

IT Vendor Management is when a service provider such as Summit IT Solutions manages an organization’s other IT related vendors such as: Copy Machine repair, Cable Companies, Phone Companies, etc… UNITE will work with these vendors so that you can focus on running your business.
